Mould Release Agents

YLK PET 1085: YLK PET 1085 is a non-ionic micro silicone emulsion, which has an FDA approved, can be used in a wide range of food processing applications such us food packaging materials, bakery, batter and frying applications etc and offers easily dispersible in water to any concentration. It is suitable for all types of materials, including plastic, rubber, aluminum, paper and board.

YLK PET 1040: YLK PET 1040 macro silicone emulsion which has been specially designed as a mold release agent for food contact applications, has an FDA approved dimethyl polysiloxane fluid. This products may be easily diluted with water at any time. It is suitable for all types of materials, including plastic, rubber, aluminum, paper and board.

YLK PET 1060: YLK PET 1060 which is a non-ionic concentrate micro silicone emulsion, has been specially designed as a mold release agent for food contact applications and has an FDA approved. This products may be easily diluted with water at any time. It is suitable for all types of materials, including plastic, rubber, aluminum, paper and board.

YLK A-PET 1060: YLK A-PET 1060 which is a non-ionic concentrate micro silicone emulsion with the antifog properties, has been specially designed as a mold release agent for food contact applications and has an FDA approved. This products may be easily diluted with water at any time. It is suitable for all types of materials, including plastic, rubber, aluminum, paper and board.

YLK SPR 4488: YLK SPR 4488 resin, which has been specially formulated to be applied for polyester based system, can be used as a component in shoe sole release agent formulations. This product may also be suitable for the production of unit slippers in polyester. YLK SPR 4488 that can be easily blended with polydimethylsiloxanes of series, provides high release efficiency and may be formulated prior to use.

YLK CONZ 4585: YLK CONZ 4585 is a concentrate silicone release agent, which can be diluted in a solvent or mixture of solvents before application by spraying or brushing on the mould. Suitable solvents for dilution are most aliphatic, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons. Preliminary stability and compatibility studies must be conducted prior to formulation design.

YLK SRA 8545: YLK SRA 8545 is a blended silicone release agent in a solvent or mixture of solvents which provides superior finish, low transfer to the part, minimal buildup and excellent washability.

YLK WB CONZ: YLK WB CONZ which is concentrate water based release agent, has been specially designed to be applied for polyester based PU system. We recommend prediluting YLK WB CONZ concentrate water based release agent with cold water in a ratio between 1:6 to 12. This product can be applied by spraying or brushing onto hot surface.

YLK SPR 4488: YLK SPR 4488 resin, which has been specially formulated to be applied for polyester based system, can be used as a component in slippers release agent formulations. This product may also be suitable for the production of unit soles in polyester. YLK SPR 4488 that can be easily blended with polydimethylsiloxanes of series, provides high release efficiency and may be formulated prior to use.

YLK CONZ 6595: YLK CONZ® 6595 is a concentrate silicone release agent, which can be diluted in a solvent or mixture of solvents before application by spraying or brushing on the mould. Suitable solvents for dilution are most aliphatic, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons. Preliminary stability and compatibility studies must be conducted prior to formulation design.

YLK SRA 9565: YLK SRA 9565 is a blended silicone release agent in a solvent or mixture of solvents which provides superior, greasy, very shiny finish and very low mould built up.

YLK WB CONZ: YLK WB CONZ which is concentrate water based release agent, has been specially designed to be applied for polyester based PU system. We recommend prediluting YLK WB CONZ concentrate water based release agent with cold water in a ratio between 1:6 to 12. This product can be applied by spraying or brushing onto hot surface.

YLK SPR 3377: YLK SPR 3377 is a highly concentrate release agent, which has been specially formulated for the production of Integral systems for Automotive and Furniture Industries, may be formulated prior to use, provides excellent film forming properties. Suitable solvents include most aliphatic, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

YLK SRA 7730 INT: YLK SRA 7730 INT is a low solid, ready to use and semi mat finish release agent which has been designed as a release agent for the production of Integral systems for Automotive and Furniture Industries.

YLK SPR 3388: YLK SPR 3388 is a highly concentrate release agent, which has been developed to be applied for filter systems, may be formulated prior to use, provides excellent film forming properties. Suitable solvents include most aliphatic, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

YLK SRA 8850 F: YLK SRA 8850 F, which has been specially formulated as a release agent for polyether based system in Filter systems, is a low solid, ready to use and semi mat finish release agent

YLK SPR 3377: YLK SPR 3377 is a highly concentrate release agent, which has been specially formulated for the production of cold cure flexible foams for Automotive and Furniture Industries, may be formulated prior to use, provides excellent film forming properties. Suitable solvents include most aliphatic, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

YLK SRA 7750 CC: YLK SRA 7750 CC is a low solid, ready to use and semi mat finish release agent which has been designed as a release agent for polyether based systme in Cold Cure systems.

YLK SPR 3388: YLK SPR 3388 is a highly concentrate release agent, which has been developed to be applied for polyether based system in Rigid systems, may be formulated prior to use, provides excellent film forming properties. Suitable solvents include most aliphatic, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

YLK SRA 8830 R: YLK SRA 8830 R, which has been specially designed as a release agent for polyether based system in Rigit applications, is a low solid, ready to use and semi mat finish release agent.

YLK SRA 60: YLK SRA 60 is a general-purpose non-ionic concentrate macro silicone emulsion containing a medium viscosity polydimethylsiloxane, which can be used as release agent for molds in plastic & rubber industry, may be easily diluted with water at any time.

YLK SRA 30: YLK SRA 30 is a non-ionic macro silicone emulsion containing a medium viscosity polydimethylsiloxane, which can be used as release agent for molds in plastic & rubber industry, may be easily diluted with water at any time.

YLK SPR 100 DC: YLK SPR 100 DC may be used as a key composition for aqueous-based release agents in die-cast processing for aluminum, zinc and magnesium that are typically used for automotive, appliance and aviation applications and may be formulated prior to use.

YLK SRA 50 DC: YLK SRA 50 DC macro silicone emulsion, which can be used as release agent for Aluminum die-casting mold release, may be easily diluted with water at any time. YLK SRA 50 DC offers excellent release properties and paintability.
